New Chapter - What It Was

Hi friends,
here is anonther Monday and another chapter.
I hope you are still with me and enjoying the story. I know it focuses a lot on Jordan's addiction now but I also hope it is still a dev story for you and gives you enough about Shay and how she feels about Jordan.
I have not been well this week and dealing with some stuff and I worked all weekend but I edited over the chapter as good as I could.
This week I will be going to California for a few days so I am not sure how I will get around to next week's chapter. I may have to skip next week.
Anyways, I hope this finds everyone well and having a good start of the week.
Here is Chapter 14 of What It Was.
Please let me know what you think, I would appreciate it so much.
Hugs,
Dani

Shadowboxing will be back next Wednesday

Hello, all -

Somewhat embarrassedly, I return! It's been well over a year since I last posted - in 2018, I got overwhelmed with both professional and personal events (luckily mostly positive ones). I am very touched and a little flustered that people even posted comments in the meantime asking when Shadowboxing would continue. As always, cheers to everyone who hangs out here, and to Lee & DG for hosting the blog.

Next Wednesday, I'll pick back up with Chapter 14. There are only a few chapters left, but they're long, so I'll post some in parts so as to spread things out.

If you'd like to catch up on what came before... Shadowboxing is a moody, slice-of-life-y gay romance featuring Asher, a sensitive soul who has cerebral palsy, and Roy, a loner with a stutter:

Shadowboxing: Chapter 13 (last post)

While I was previously agonizing over finishing Shadowboxing, I posted "The Nerve Interpreter," a 3-part short story also featuring a protagonist with CP. It's likewise moody and romantic in tone, though not an outright romance; the story focuses more on the protagonist's relationship with his disability, and on an imagined (science fictional) assistive technology. You can check that out here:

Thank you again for all the support. See you next week!

New Chapter - What It Was

Hi friends,🌻
happy Monday, happy October, happy fall! 🍂☔🍂☔
Fall is my favorite season of the year, I like the melancholy and the change of season into a quiet, fading state, bringing things into perspective I think. I know most of my stories are taking place in the fall.
Anyways, last week I was struggling a bit with the chapter but I hope you guys were still okay with it. This week Shay and Jordan are getting a lot closer still.
Thank you to everyone still reading along and for your comments. It means so much to me.
Here is Chapter 13 of What It Was.
Let me know what you think and have a wonderful week,
Hugs, Dani 💟

Update to Not Gay

Hi everyone,

This is Chapter 6 of Not Gay for you! Hope it's to your liking :D Thanks for your comments and support of this story so far, you definitely make me want to continue writing. I'm doing my best, but I guess updates every two weeks is the most I can manage right now. So... keep your eyes open every other week from now on.

Have an awesome weekend,
Lovis
